Energy Resources LLC became a member of the Mongolian National Mining Associationin 2005. Established in 1994, the Mongolian National Mining Association is a professional association representing the Mongolian mining and mineral sector, primarily focused on promoting and representing the rights and interests of its members in the government policy and developing a long-term effective collaboration in the mining and mineral sector.

Mongolian Corporate Governance Development Center

 

In July 2009, Energy Resources LLC became a member of the Mongolian Corporate Governance Development Center. The Mongolian Corporate Governance Development Center is a non-government organization conducting three key activities – training, research and advocacy – to introduce and promote the four basic principles of corporate governance – fairness, responsibility, transparency, and accountability.
