Environmental Policy

     Energy Resources LLC intends to utilize natural resources rationally; takes preventive measures to reduce negative environmental impacts at all stages; reclamation works are given significant importance and we comply with the following national policies:

  • Abide by all related Mongolian laws, rules and regulations and environmental standards
  • Enhance environmental protection activities
  • Preserve local cultural heritages 
  • Strive for environmentally friendly, advanced new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Accordingly our company shall implement the following:
  • Develop and implement formal Environment management procedures
  • Develop and maintain transparent, fair and constructive interactions between our personnel, stakeholders, and local community in regards to the environmental issues
  • Promote creative cooperation with state and local administrations
  • Minimize environmental negative impacts of our operation, by evaluating socio economic factors in order to enhance environmentally friendly production
  • Continuous monitoring, assessment and reports on the occurred environmental impacts
  • Provide public consultation of the implemented policies among all employees, contractors and suppliers and empower to take responsibility
  • Provide sufficient sources for implementation of these policies
  • Implement policy to expose public awareness.
