Occupational Health & Safety

• Identifying possible dangers in order to provide conditions of SAFE, RESPONSIBLE OPERATION and introduce and maintain practice to appraise involved risks.
• Complying with relevant legislations and regulations, and applicable International and Mongolian Codes, Standards and Guidelines of OH&S.
• Establishing danger-free workplace and conditions to our employees and contractors
• Strive to operate in a manner which minimize OH&S risk to our employees, contractors, visitors and to the public and introduce “ZERO ACCIDENT” safetymanagement practice
• Continually improve our OH&S performance by regular monitoring and review of production and operation management and by establishing goals at all levels within the Company

In order to fulfill the commitments Energy Resource LLC shall:

• Establish a management structure of occupational health & safety.
• Identify risks in order to improve occupational health & safety management and its performance. 
  
• Identify the conditions of possible dangers and hazards, train and organize practice for employees, public, and those who participate in operations of mine on issues of public safety, make sure everybody is equally informed of advantages and significance of prevention of danger and incidents. 
  
• Organize interviews and presentation with certain phases on possible impacts and affects of our operations for local people living near to the mine site
• Develop a comprehensive occupational health & safety management system and audit the effectiveness of the system, and communicate the results of such audits.
• Ensure participation of all employees, relevant contractors, and suppliers in two-way communications, namely to make sure consciousness and abidience of obligations and responsiblities of occupational health & safety within their scope of work and to support and encourage their contribution to management of occupational health & safety.
• Provide information, instruction and training to employees, contractors and visitors, to increase personal awareness and understanding of all foreseeable workplace hazards and safe working procedures
• Encourage personal responsibility for OH&S behavior and ensure participation of employees in development of OH&S programs, rules and regulations on OH&S.
• Improve our OH&S performance consistent with improving the long-term sustainability of the business
• Make sure availability of this policy to the public
