Our investors and shareholders are the largest national companies of Mongolia. On February 24, 2009 the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development signed with Energy Resources a subscription agreement and became an equity shareholder.

MCS Group
Founded in 1993 as the first Mongolian private consulting company in the energy sector, the MCS Group has successfully expanded its business operations in a diversity of fields as energy and infrastructure, information and communication technology, beverage manufacturing and distribution, wholesale and retail, property development and construction. The MCS Group has over 3,100 employees and has been ranked as one of the top five taxpayers for the last consecutive years.
PETROVIS LLCPETROVIS is one of the largest petroleum companies of Mongolia operating since 1997. The principal business of Petrovis is the importation and distribution, both wholesale and retail, of petroleum products. Petrovis has presence in every corner of the country through its nationwide network of petroleum storage depots and retail distribution gas stations. In addition, Petrovis is engaged in oil exploration, LPG and insurance.
SHUNKHLAI GroupShunkhlai Mining LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Shunkhlai Group established for the purpose of mining operations. The Shunkhlai Group is one of the first private companies of Mongolia established in 1993. Since its establishment Shunkhlai has grown into one of the largest petroleum companies engaged in importation, storage and distribution, both wholesale and retail, of petroleum products with over 500 employees.
EUROPEAN BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT (EBRD) The EBRD is an international financial institution that supports projects in 30 countries in central and eastern Europe and central Asia. The EBRD is the largest single investor in the region investing primarily in private sector enterprises together with commercial partners, thus promoting entrepreneurship and fostering private sector development. It provides project financing for the financial sector and the real economy, both new ventures and investments in existing companies. In all its operations the EBRD follows the highest standards of corporate governance and sustainable development.
